Stitcher's Delight We are very happy to announce our new Block of the Month program for 2020. Stitchers' Delight designed by Leanne Knell of Petals and Patches. This program will commence in January 2020. There are 12 blocks, each with a beautiful embroidery. The blocks are 8" square (unfinished). We have chosen pastel pink and blue for the alternate block background and co-ordinating fabrics for the borders. Patterns include iron-on transfers. The Quilt size: 30" x 37.5". Our Annual Stitching Day will be held on October 3rd, 2015. Time: 10.30am till 4.00pm. We have a very talented new teacher at The Quilters' Patch. Anna has designed and made this beautiful wall quilt. If you love hexagons and applique this is the class for you. Saturday was a beautiful sunny day for our first Stitching Day. The name tags and kits are ready for collection. Both Leanne and Barbara had worked extremely hard designing different projects. All projects were either hand pieced or embroidered. The hall was filled with chatter and laughter. The ladies got straight into stitching, only to be interrupted by Devonshire Tea and their projects were starting to come together by lunch time.
